Barely a year after granting his university diploma in Directing & Production from Vienna Film Academy, Marco Kalantari craved his name in the film production industry by winning the Silver Lion at Festival in Cannes 2003 and the Gold Award at Festival in Palermo, both for Medecins Sans Frontieres TV commercials, by the title of, Children and Airport.
With another Special Jury Award for featured film Ainoa, creativity appreciates his commitment in realising your idea full potential. It is clear that he has found his niche.
In 2005, Marco stepped foot into Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, China (Shanghai & Hong Kong, Japan, Ukraine, Romania and Iceland. He has worked with Indian superstars Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in Pepsi “The Game” TVC.
Marco has done TV commercials of such genres: Lifestyle, Children, Automotive, Animation and FX.
